Housing Stability Program 2021-2022
Stability begins with a safe path home.
Program outcomes reflect support for permanent housing, family connections, self-pay transitions, and partner housing programs.

Transitioned into permanent housing: families now live in permanent housing with assistance securing housing, application fees, and deposit assistance.
- 36%
Transitioned to living with others, including family and friends. Those individuals were located in the HMIS system.
- 10%
Transitioned to another hotel with the ability to self-pay for their expenses.

Transitioned into another housing program, including Safe Alliance and Charlotte Family Housing.
